GFH Realty, Inc. is a real estate firm dedicated to help people find the homes that are right for them. Our true success is recorded in the many families we have served since the opening of our offices in 1990.
We have a strong commitment in providing quality services to the growing population of the Washington area. All the members of our staff are fully bilingual, and have vast experience with working with Spanish speaking families, diplomats, new immigrants, and minorities. Throughout the years, we have helped finding positive answers to the many challenges confronted by immigrants due to the lack of understanding of the United States credit and mortgage systems. These challenges or barriers, and the lack of information on how to overcome them, keep many families from owning a home or even considering home ownership.
Our team of real estate professionals is very familiar with the cultural sensitivities of the Immigrant Community, which allows us to improve the service for their individual needs.
