• Since we have access to
the latest technology and belong to various different real estate
databases, such as Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS),
your property will be advertised in numerous sites.
• Given that the market
continues to be a seller’s market, you will have the option
to choose from an array of offers and we, your real estate agents,
will advice you in making the best and most strategic decision.
• The equity you obtain
from the sale of your property can be used to purchase one, two,
or even three investment properties. We will show you that investing
in real estate is considered to be the most stable investment
in this market.
• All expenses incurred
during the sale of your property (closing costs, for example)
are tax deductible.
THE SELLING PROCESS
• It begins with your agent’s
visit to your home. At that time we will answer all your questions
and concerns. We will also be able to make an assessment as to
the condition of your property, to perform an accurate market
analysis, and to suggest the best selling price for your property.
• We will sign an Exclusive
Right to Represent Agreement with you through which you will authorize
us to advertise your property in the MRIS, which is the main database
accessible only to all Realtors.
• We will place a lock box
on your door (with your authorization) which will allow licensed
Realtors access to the property.
• Once we receive offers,
we will meet with you, walk you through all offers, and help you
reach the best decision for the sale of your property.
• After we have a ratified
contract (signed and accepted by both parties), we will advice
you, guide you, and represent your interests throughout the negotiation
process and through the settlement day.
• We will keep you informed
of any changes, on the part of the buyer that might delay settlement.
